Dining at Raza Madrid was an exceptional culinary experience. From start to finish, the service—led by Julia Casado—was attentive, professional, and warm, creating the perfect atmosphere for an elevated evening. The meal was a true journey of flavors. We began with the Pan y Aperitivo and the Japanese Eggplant, both beautifully prepared and full of character. The Grilled Octopus (Pulpo a las Brasas) was a highlight—perfectly tender with a smoky finish that showed true mastery in execution. The Lomo Alto Ayrshire steak was outstanding, rich and flavorful, cooked with precision and showcasing the quality of the ingredients. The Warm Salad added a fresh and balanced note to the experience. To complement the food, we enjoyed a bottle of La Montesa wine, which paired wonderfully with the dishes, and Água Numem Premium to round out the evening. Every detail—from the quality of the ingredients to the pacing of the service—reflected a thoughtful approach to fine dining. I highly recommend Raza for anyone looking for a refined, modern Madrid dining experience. Booking a terrace table is well worth it, as the ambiance is elevated and inviting.

I had greater expectations given the good reviews. Great ambience, cool restaurant, but I was a bit disappointed, especially about the services which was closer to a tapas bar in my opinion. The main (grilled meat) arrived before the entree (grilled vegetable). Food was good but not exceptional. The grilled bread was bit burned and the meat was medium rather than medium-rare as asked. The restaura was quite big and full, so in my opinion they may need extra personnel to handle the whole thing properly

Very beautiful place, great atmosphere, amazing service and delicious food. The prices reflect the high quality of the restaurant and are reasonable in my opinion.

Great food, and well paced. The service was kind, but uneven. For the price, I expected a bit more. We poured are own wine, glasses took time to clear, we asked for things they didn’t deliver, and they were missing key menu items at opening. We struggled to hear each other at times. We were overall happy with the experience, and I would recommend this place for dinner. It was the best meat we ate the entire trip.

We had an amazing two visits of this Restaurant! The food was so delicious - we tried a different types of meat and all of it was great! The wine, the deserts, the compliments also! And not in the last place- the service was so nice, i can’t give less than 5 Stars! Thanks

SUPER happy! Our evening at Raza was nothing short of great. I had made the reservation a long time ago as I had read good things about the place. With somewhat high expectations they blew us out of the water. I was afraid we were going to be late so I called saying that we might come a couple of minutes late and the gentleman I spoke to was super understanding, plus points already. Starting off with the interior, you walk in to an open flame grill, the aromas are awesome and the dark mysterious vibe is super intriguing. Table settings are beautiful and tables are big and spacious and very comfortable chairs. The service was super good, never got the name of the lady that served us but she was really nice and if she was unsure about something the head waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Now to the best part, the food and wine. Nice and varied wine menu with fair prices, 72 euros for a bottle of Aalto is not to complain about even if it’s a 2023. We were also served a complimentary glass of cava which was a nice touch. We received a shot of a vegetable pure as an appetizer on the house by the kitchen. We were served bread with a lovely light tomato sauce and soft butter which was nice. Only note on that is that it would be good to inform the guest that this will be charged on the bill even if we didn’t order it, but either way it was really good. The mushroom and jamon iberico croquettes were lovely, super fresh and very flavorful. The criolle chorizo was super good and a nice starter. The Finnish Lomo Alto was superb. Nice flavour and a perfect medium rare, nice! The fries are perfect and a big portion. We also had the pineapple with coconut ice cream as a dessert which was nice and fresh. All in all, a good price for an amazing meal and experience, I can strongly recommend this place.

Food was good, atmosphere is nice service however is bad but based on my experience in Madrid, Spanish waiters are not very professional Also, the complimentary bread was added to our bill although we didn’t order it and when we asked for it to be removed, they told us, but you ate it

A great steakhouse offering excellent value for money and fast, efficient service. There are tables near the entrance, in the rear section, and one located downstairs. The wine and meat selection is extensive, and the portion sizes are generous. The fries are unremarkable, and vegetarian options are rather limited — this is clearly a place for meat lovers. The quality and flavor of the meat, however, are outstanding.
